Did you know that this year celebrates the 104th anniversary of the New Years ball drop in Times Square? Each year the annual celebration hosted in New York City is synonymous with ringing in hope for the coming year, and casting aside the cares of the year past. We hope 2012 is a year filled with wonderful moments as our community welcomes new neighbors and established neighbors make new friendships right here at home. Holiday Hours
Our Leasing office will be closed Sunday, January 1 and Monday, January 2nd. As you know, we no longer offer a rent drop but you do have a grace period until the 3rd of each month to make your rental payment. If we receive your payment by January 3rd, there are no late charges. You can also pay rent online through the Resident Portal, which is available on our website and on our Facebook page, or set us up as a recurring bill pay through your bank.

Stop the office to pick up your new Bingo Card, and head over to our Facebook page Monday through Friday to see if you’ve got the winning numbers. When you do comment “BINGO!” on Facebook or call the office and we’ll shout it out for you. There will be 3 winners. Will one of them be you?
Tree-cycling in Euless
You can dispose of your live Christmas tree on January 7th from 10:00 a.m. to noon at Midway Park located at 300 Midway Drive. Please do not leave them in the dumpster or in the dumpster area. Placing your beloved Christmas Tree in the hands of the Parks Department will ensure that it continues to live on in the form of mulch. Thanks for thinking green!
