Summer is here so please take a little time to clean out your garage.  While you may store items in the garage area your lease requires garages to be used as a primary parking space. Our occupancy at Oakmont is at an all time high, which means overflow parking can be tight. Please be courteous by using your garage as it is intended. If the area in front of your garage is not specifically striped for parking, then it is considered a fire lane and parking there could get you towed or ticketed.
